wednesday

my wednesday class got cancelled yesterday... which led to a day of boredom... i wanted to get some assignments... i really want to sit at the park and read (for once!)...

i had one thing i really really wanted to do... put my basket on my bike... :) however... i did not have the correct tool for the bike... sad day... i need to find someone that does... i really don't want to take it into a bike shop... if i had wanted that i would've just bought one there... hummm darn.... oh well...i was hoping that bjorg would've been home yesterday i wanted to see if she could help me... she knows lots of handy guys and the mormon guys helped me a week ago tightening my handlebars so i know they have the tool... oh well... i can deal somehow... but i'm excited to get it on!

kirista tried to help me put on my basket but then we went searching for the bike repair room that the website for the dorm says there is... we did not find it... however we discovered how freaking creepy the basement is... i will never go down there alone... ever.... there is a small gym, laundry room and creepy padlocked doors and other doors with vents on the bottom... yeah not safe looking... imagine a slasher film set... yeah i was there... not good for my sanity...

rishma and kirsta went to the bike auction that afternoon and got bikes but they weren't back till later so i just sat around playing on my computer while it rained outside... it was pretty... just didn't feel the need to go get wet and i think i've almost kicked my cough... don't want to re-bother it... even though i've got my golden ticket to their health care now... :) i just don't like doctors anyways... whenever i go they never seem to find anything wrong or curable... so not worth it...

anyway... yesterday (wednesday) was pretty boring and scary in the basement but thats ok... everyday can't be something new... i'm tired... so much stimulation with everything that is new around me anyways!
